Which photo booth works best for a Dinner and Dance?

Accepted Answer

The 4R Instant Print Photo Booth, run by a live photographer. It’s a D&D favourite and comes included in our Dinner and Dance packages. It’s usually set up as a stationary station with a shimmer backdrop that guests visit, but you can switch to a roving photographer who moves from table to table, which suits seated dinners where guests stay in their seats.

Do guests get digital copies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The 4R station and green screen booth include a next-day download link, the 360 booth gives instant QR downloads, and magazine booth softcopies are returned after the event, with a QR sharing add-on available for $150.

Can the prints or videos carry our logo?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every booth includes event branding, from customised print templates and video overlays to die-cut logo and text stickers on the magazine booths.

What is the minimum booking?

1 hour for the 4R station and green screen booth, 2 hours for the 360 video booth and magazine booths, and 3 hours for Instagram Prints.

How much space do we need?

Accepted Answer

The small magazine booth is 1.8m wide and the large one 2.3m wide. The 360 booth needs about 3m × 3m, and the green screen is 3m × 2m. All booths need a nearby power point.

Can we book more than one booth?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For larger guest counts or heavier traffic, you can book a longer duration or add more stations.

Are rates inclusive of GST?

Our rates are nett and not subject to GST. Each booth’s inclusions are listed on its page.

How early should we book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least 1 month ahead for non-peak dates, and at least 2 months ahead for peak season (year-end and pre-CNY). Availability changes, so it’s always worth checking with us even at shorter notice.
