Booking Notes

A few things worth noting before you book.

  • Please provide sufficient clear space of at least 3m x 3m and access to a nearby power point at the setup location.
  • The 360 booth is best suited for indoor or sheltered outdoor venues. If setting up outdoors, a covered area such as a tent or sheltered pavilion is required to protect the equipment and ensure consistent video quality.
  • The platform must be placed on a flat, level surface. For outdoor setups on grass or uneven ground, please flag this when enquiring so appropriate arrangements can be made.
  • Avoid positioning the booth under direct harsh sunlight — shaded or indoor lighting conditions produce the best slow-motion video quality for your guests.
  • Venue Wi-Fi or mobile data is required for guests to download their videos via QR code. Please confirm connectivity at your venue before booking.
  • For larger guest counts or heavier traffic, a longer duration is recommended to ensure all guests get their turn at the booth.

  • Additional $100 surcharge per hour applies for engagements on Public Holiday Eve and Public Holiday.
  • Additional $150 transportation charges apply for bookings in Sentosa, Tuas, Pioneer, Lim Chu Kang, Neo Tiew, Changi Area, and Changi Airport.
