ESS shall not be responsible for delays, additional costs, reduced service quality, or inability to fulfil a service caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or late information provided by the client or venue.

Where such circumstances arise, ESS will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the client and, where possible, propose practical alternatives.
