A followspot is used to track and highlight performers, speakers, winners, VIPs, or important stage moments during an event.

Yes. A small platform of approximately 4ft x 4ft should be provided for the operator and followspot position.

Yes. It is well suited for awards ceremonies, performances, gala dinners, launches, and other stage-led events.

Please let us know in advance if the venue has stairs-only access, restricted loading windows, or special access requirements.

A few things worth noting before you book.

The followspot is typically positioned at a suitable distance from the stage with a clear line of sight to the performance or presentation area.
Venue layout, throw distance, and operator position may affect the final setup approach — please share your venue details when enquiring.
A small platform of approximately 4ft x 4ft should be provided on site for the operator and followspot position.
Hotels and larger venues will usually have a small riser or platform available — please confirm availability in advance.
Please share your event type, venue, programme sequence, and any special access requirements when submitting your enquiry.
Please let us know in advance if your venue has restricted access timings, loading limitations, or stairs-only access.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for Public Holidays, urgent bookings, overnight waiting time, late-night teardown, extended setup windows, difficult loading access, or stairs-only venues. Please enquire for applicable rates.
Transport surcharges may apply for bookings in Sentosa, Tuas / Pioneer, Lim Chu Kang / Neo Tiew, and Changi / Airport areas.
