Setup and Playback

Standard laptop playback connection is included.
Clients should ensure there is a suitable power point available on site.
If your venue has restricted loading access, limited setup windows, stairs-only access, or special entry requirements, please let us know in advance.
If you require playback for DJs, live bands, multiple audio sources, or more complex stage setups, let us know so we can advise on the most suitable system.

Recommended for conferences, formal stage programmes, panel discussions, awards, or events with frequent audio cues. A standby audio technician helps manage microphones, playback, and live audio adjustments during the event.

12 inch Monitor Speaker - $80 per unit

Useful when speakers, emcees, or presenters need to hear themselves clearly on stage. This is especially helpful for stage programmes, panels, performances, or larger rooms.

Additional Wireless Handheld Microphone - $100 per unit

Suitable when you need more than 2 roaming microphones for speeches, Q&A, panel discussions, audience interaction, or multiple presenters.

Additional Wireless Lavalier or Headset Microphone - $120 per unit

Recommended for presenters who need to speak hands-free. A lavalier is a small clip-on microphone, while a headset microphone is worn near the face and is useful for active presenters or stage segments.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for urgent bookings, overnight waiting time, late-night teardown, extended setup windows, difficult loading access, or stairs-only venues.
Transport surcharges may apply for selected locations such as Sentosa, Tuas / Pioneer, Lim Chu Kang / Neo Tiew, and Changi / Airport areas.
