Booking Notes

A few things worth noting before you book.

Tote bags provided are plain. We do not supply custom printed or branded bags — if you would like to use your own branded tote bags, clients are welcome to provide them for us to use at the station.
Of all the caricature formats, the tote bag has the longest post-event visibility — guests carry it out in public which keeps the event memory and, if branded bags are used, your company name visible well beyond the event itself.
For events with larger guest counts, booking multiple artists is recommended for smoother guest flow.

Surcharges

Additional $50 surcharge per hour applies for engagements on Public Holiday Eve and Public Holiday.
Additional $100 transportation charges apply for bookings in Sentosa, Tuas, Pioneer, Lim Chu Kang, Neo Tiew, Changi Area, and Changi Airport.

Does the fee include materials?

Yes. The quoted fee includes the artist or reader and the necessary activity materials required for the activity during the engaged duration.

Are your prices inclusive of GST?

Our quoted rates are nett and are not subject to GST.

What do I need to provide at the venue?

Please provide 1 table and 2 chairs for the activity station. If themed table decor or additional setup styling is required, these are to be provided by the client unless separately arranged.
