Booking Notes

A few things worth noting before you book.

Digital drawing and printing takes more time per guest than traditional hand-drawn formats — capacity is 10 to 15 prints per hour. For larger events, booking multiple artists is recommended.
The printed format produces a cleaner and more consistent result than hand-drawn caricatures, making it especially well suited for corporate conferences, launches, exhibitions, and branded activations where presentation consistency matters.
A power point is required for the printer — please ensure access to a nearby power outlet at the venue.

Surcharges

Additional $50 surcharge per hour applies for engagements on Public Holiday Eve and Public Holiday.
Additional $100 transportation charges apply for bookings in Sentosa, Tuas, Pioneer, Lim Chu Kang, Neo Tiew, Changi Area, and Changi Airport.

Does the fee include materials?

Yes. The quoted fee includes the artist or reader and the necessary activity materials required for the activity during the engaged duration.

Are your prices inclusive of GST?

Our quoted rates are nett and are not subject to GST.

What do I need to provide at the venue?

Please provide 1 table and 2 chairs for the activity station. If themed table decor or additional setup styling is required, these are to be provided by the client unless separately arranged.
