Booking Format

Emcee bookings are quoted based on the event type, programme requirements, and engagement duration. Exact deliverables should be confirmed before the event.

Pre Event Preparation

Bookings include a pre event meeting so the emcee can understand the event flow, tone, key segments, and any important names or titles that need to be announced correctly.

Technical Run

A 30 minute technical run before the event begins is typically included. Emcees will also usually arrive about 1 hour before the event starts to prepare, coordinate with your team, and get ready for the programme.

Rates and Booking

Rates are available on request and depend on the emcee, event type, duration, and engagement requirements.

*Additional rehearsals, separate day rehearsals, or extended pre event involvement are chargeable depending on the booking requirements.

Additional Charges
