Is delivery and setup included?

Yes. Delivery and setup are included for the standard rental.

Does the TV rental come with a stand?

Yes. Each TV rental comes with either a table stand or floor stand.

Does the rental include cable connection?

Yes. A 10m HDMI cable connection is included.

How are rental days charged?

Rates are quoted per day. Second and subsequent rental days are charged at 50% per day.

Can I use this for exhibitions or conferences?

Yes. TV rentals are commonly used for exhibition booths, conferences, registration counters, event signage, schedules, score displays, and branded content playback.

Can you provide other event equipment as well?

Yes. We can also support related event equipment requirements such as sound systems, karaoke setups, followspots, and selected event furniture.

Are your prices inclusive of GST

Our quoted rates are nett and are not subject to GST.

A suitable power point is required at the setup location — please ensure access before booking.
Please share your preferred delivery timing, collection timing, and venue details when submitting your enquiry.
Please let us know in advance if your venue has restricted access timings, loading bay limitations, stairs-only access, or long push distances from the loading area.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for Public Holidays, urgent bookings, overnight waiting time, late-night teardown, extended setup windows, difficult loading access, or stairs-only venues. Please enquire for applicable rates.
Transport surcharges may apply for bookings in Sentosa, Tuas / Pioneer, Lim Chu Kang / Neo Tiew, and Changi / Airport areas.
