Please provide sufficient space for the selected setup and access to a nearby power point.
The roving setup works well for seated dinners and conferences where guests cannot easily move to a backdrop. The stationary setup is better suited for cocktail receptions and pre-event segments with natural guest flow.
For larger guest counts or heavier traffic, you can book a longer duration or enquire about multiple stations.
