This bundle assumes the venue provides projector/screens. We supply show control and integrate to run your content professionally with preview/notes/timer monitors. If your venue does not provide screens, let us know and we’ll quote accordingly.

Tell us what’s already provided and we’ll adjust the bundle where appropriate (subject to bundle minimums).

Need live feed or streaming?

Live feed camera, live streaming and dedicated Wi-Fi are available as add-ons. If you already have a preferred video vendor, we can coordinate and integrate.

Yes. Counters/crew and badge quantity scale with the pax tier of the bundle.

Does the bundle include projector/screens?

The bundle assumes the venue provides projector/screens. We supply show control and integrate to run content smoothly with preview/notes/timer monitors.

Do I need live feed for my venue?

For 300 pax and above, live feed is highly recommended so audiences at the back can follow speakers clearly. Our 350 and 500 pax bundles include it.

Can you support panel sessions and multiple speakers?

Yes. Tell us your speaker count and session style (keynotes/panels/Q&A) and we’ll recommend the best mic setup.

What does “Onsite Technical Crew” mean?

Our onsite technical crew will operate and support the audio, visual, and stage related items we provide on the event day, including show control, slides and video switching, and console related operations for the supplied setup.
It does not include pre conference planning, external vendor coordination, speaker management, or venue and committee coordination beyond what is required for our supplied items.
