Originating from Hong Kong, Ding Ding candy got its name from the sound of the metal tools hitting the maltose mixture, breaking it into smaller pieces for easy consumption. The sweet is made by first melting maltose, then adding various ingredients into the mixture and stirring continuously. A unique treat for your guests at any event!
