  • Venue layout, throw distance, and operator position may affect the final setup approach — please share your venue details when enquiring.
  • A small platform of approximately 4ft x 4ft should be provided on site for the operator and followspot position.
  • Hotels and larger venues will usually have a small riser or platform available — please confirm availability in advance.
  • Please share your event type, venue, programme sequence, and any special access requirements when submitting your enquiry.
  • Please let us know in advance if your venue has restricted access timings, loading limitations, or stairs-only access.

Additional Charges

  • Additional charges may apply for Public Holidays, urgent bookings, overnight waiting time, late-night teardown, extended setup windows, difficult loading access, or stairs-only venues. Please enquire for applicable rates.
